How to Shop in our Online Store
To browse through our product range, click on the shop button shown in the top menu. This will take you to the area for all product groups. Sliding up and down until you find the desired item or items you're looking for. On the product pages you arrive at you'll find tables that include product descriptions and pricing.
To purchase any items displayed, click the 'Add to Cart' button. This will add the item(s) to your shopping cart and take you to the cart page. Default quantity selected for each item is set to one, you can easily change the number according to your needs. From here you may return to the online store to continue shopping or you can complete your order. Within the cart you can also view the total value of your cart contents - this information is also displayed at the top right of your screen.
Whenever you want to finish your shopping and order goods, click 'View Cart' at the top of the page. You will then be presented with the items you have selected in your shopping cart. From this page you may add additional items, update quantities, remove items or check out. Once you are satisfied with your cart contents, click the 'Checkout' button. If you have registered previously, simply enter your email address to log in. Otherwise, you will need to enter your personal details using our online form.
For more details on shipping, see below. If you wish to ship to a different address, enter the delivery details in the "Ship to" form. Click the 'continue' button.
Finally, we'll ask for your payment details. For your security, we use 128 bit asymmetric encryption keys to protect your credit card details.
Once your payment is processed, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the details of your order.

The cost for shipping is based upon total order value, it might vary according to destined addresses.
Costs are for orders shipped within Australia only.
Please be advised that we only deliver inside Australia. If you locate outside Australia, please contact us for extra delivery charge before your order processing. We will not accept international orders without correct amount of delivery charge.
Dispatch Time Frame
Dispatch in 48 hours (Business days): in-stock products only, which shown on website as “stock availability”. Out-of-stock products are not available for ordering and take inquiry only.
Customer will be notified through emails once order is dispatched.
Delivery Time Frame
Delivery will be made within 2-5 working days to major cities after payment. Please note that your transit times will vary from city to city.
All transit times given are in accordance with the standard service of delivery companies, LazyBirdy is unable to guarantee the delivery time frame due to a third party is involved during the delivery process.
Tracking Your Parcel
Customer will be provided a tracking number. through email once order is shipped along with the online tracking link and contact details for courier companies. Customer may use the tracking number to check their parcels online or through telephone.
We only work with top premier couriers including: Australian Post, Fastway
We are currently targeted Australia wide only. Any order being shipped to an address outside Australia will be charged actual shipping charges. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.
